Kauai -- Kilauea Lighthouse

Sunday...Daddy and I gave Mommy a “Happy Anniversary” card this morning and then explored the hotel grounds while Mommy packed.  We saw lots of nice fountains and gardens and fishies in their ponds.  Then we all left in our red Kauai broom-broom (car) and drove to the Kilauea Lighthouse.  We saw a big tower and lots of birdies there.

Next, we drove all the way to Haena Park, turned around and stopped at a big, dark cave.  I was afraid, so we didn’t stay very long.  I soon fell asleep and didn’t wake up again until we reached a shopping center.  I had fun playing with the balls and in the tunnels at Paradise Fun.  Mommy and Daddy had fun watching me, too.

Our next stop was the airport, where we dropped off our red Kauai broom-broom, got our plane tickets, and ate dinner at the airport restaurant.  Then we got on our plane and flew back home.  I like Kauai!...Love, Tia
