Water Play

I had lots of fun in school today with Ms. Kimberly, Ms. Monica, Mr. John, and my friends.  We studied the letter "R" and had fun playing outside in the water today.  We really missed Mr. Daniel today, though.  We love Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Monica, but they just don't squirt us with the hose as well as Mr. Daniel does.

Mommy picked me up after school and brought me straight home.  Daddy was already home.  He'd left work early because he was feeling the effects of heat exhaustion -- he'd jogged too long yesterday in the heat and humidity.  Poor Daddy...

Mommy and I spent the evening playing together and putting wet towels on Daddy's head and arms to keep his fever down.  Daddy said we were really good nurses.  He's asleep now.  It's time for me to go to bed, too.  Sweet dreams, everybody ... Love, Tia
